Hello to all the Proposal 2 SCRSG. I wish you all well in your presentations of Proposal 2 tomorrow. I know how much you have all put into this proposal and how much it means to you. Countless sleepless nights trying to figure out how people who have little or no water time are able to have so much clout. All I can say is this is only the beginning and there is more to come in the years to follow.

Unfortunately, the Commission will not be there in a joint meeting with the BRTF. I believe having the Commission present, at this time, would be most informative for the Commission members and is, in fact, the most critical link for the RSG to the Commission.

The monitoring program will be your next task and is something to get involved with. Maintaining your alliances and staying informed will be critical while developing your monitoring procedures and questions.

Again, I wish you well and I hope for a favorable outcome.
