The MLPA Enviro-Nazi's all think they are so tricky and clever don't they?

AND... It seems to me that they have fooled many sport fishermen into going right along with them on the planned path for the total destruction of all sport fishing in California.

THEY have lots of so-callled Public Meetings on weekdays and OUR sport fishing media is seemingly too busy making money selling us stuff and fishing contests to even try to whip up some meaningful opposition to these crazy CLOSURES.

The Ban Fishing folks think somehow that if they OFFER us several "Proposals" and number them that we will be FORCED to pick one, probably the least harmful one and everyone will live happily ever after.

I for one, refuse to support ANY of their BOGUS "Blue Ribbon Task Forces.." phoney choices. NONE.

I will NOT observe their CLOSURES and since the DFG only has 175 Wardens for the entire state and I never fish on weekends, it isn't very likely that they will catch me.

OUR California Constitution GUARANTEES Our RIGHT To Fish and specifically LIMITS what laws the legislature MAY use to regulate us which is LIMITED to seasons and size lengths and numbers... PERIOD.

That is why I am in complele REVOLT against these STUPID CLOSURES and all of the ridiculous proposals.

I am JUST SAYING... NO..!

I urge all of you to do the same.

THEY (The bureaucrats...) work for us. They are NOT are rulers or Kings.

I know no sport fishermen that support the MLPA's. We all did support OUR DFG and OUR brave Wardens and Conservation and ethical sport fishing.

I will NOT stand by and be herded into a Cattle Car for "Re-settlement in the east.." by those who would destroy me, without a FIGHT.

But, then I suppose that I am the only one.

Perfect example: Saturday my neighbor 2 houses down called the police and said I was working on my boat and dumping fluids down the street. The Police sergeant came up to me and accused me of dumping oil. Said look, this is exhaust, when a car burns oil (gasoline) is goes up in the air and is invisible. A boat does the same but through water. It's allowed in Tahoe, Berryessa, SF Bay. Told the Cop to tell my 5'4" tall banker, green party, tree hugging fuck it's the boat or I'm going to paint my house hot pink tomorrow. Cop relayed the message to him then quickly got in his car and drove away.. An hour later another cop showed up talking with the goofy Federal Reserve banker across the street from me. Came out with beer in hand and stared both down. Cop comes up to the house and asked what is the problem? Said they are harassing me. He seemed to understand my situation. These people are living in their own misery. I imagine their investments have tanked due to the economy and just want to create misery among all. Fuck them. Hold your head high and just keep fishing. I don't think we could ever get that far. Both SOB's run back in the house whenever I come in several hundred feet of them. To be honest the banker 2 houses down made me a sign a 6 page contract to build a 2 k fence last year.Knew he was Fck'ed up then but built it anyways because I was bored. Tried to befriend the Fed last year by carpooling with him to SF. All I heard from him was how much he was saving by getting the free ride. I hate non-fisherman.
