The DFG proposed another in-river season on the Sacramento to the F&G commission today...they cut 2 weeks off from last years season and came up with a different modeling system to show that the number of Fall run Chinook was really only a tenth of last years 650 fish...there were 3 speakers and all were in favor....NOBODY was there to oppose the proposal.....it will come up again on the April 21 conference call so I don't know if there will be any more public testimony....
I find it hard to believe that after reading the letter sent to the commission from the PFMC opposing such a season that they would go forward with this.......
