For those of you who do not know who Arch is, let me tell you.

Arch has been one of the key contributors to the 2/XA proposal for sub regions 1 and 2, and has tirelessly pursued the adoption of this proposal from its beginning.

A huge thanks to Arch, Kate, Allan, Pete, and the many others who have maintained the positive momentum for the 2/XA proposal. Without their commitment we all would have been singing a much sadder song.
